Asked in an interview with Van Jones on CNN Saturday to weigh in on Donald Trump’s infamous “s**thole countries” rant, Jay-Z called the president’s words “disappointing and hurtful.”

On Twitter Sunday morning, Trump attempted to fire back at Jay-Z’s answer, citing his oft-repeated fact that unemployment numbers for black Americans are at their lowest ever:
